Really easy process and quick results

I would prefer to give a zero star review but not an option. I have had issues with this company on many occasions. I paid extra for a nurse to come to my home as no local private phlebotomy clinics. The appointments were limited, the only one this week was an afternoon, the test says best morning, but only “best”. When I spoke to the doctor who the test was for, she said that this was very poor and the test would not be good enough for prescribing and couldn’t believe it said best and not has to be, morning as 9am. In other words the test would be a waste of money as far as she was concerned. Due to cancelling I have to repay for the appointment. This is a wasted £59. I spoke to Medichecks and they said it is my fault and I have to pay again.
The doctor had recommended another company but I foolishly went with Medichecks.
This is the second time they have provided a very bad customer service. Previously the lab they sent my bloods (this was a different test) to failed inspection, this resulted in them resending the test kit, having to pay again for the bloods to be taken. They messed the test up and had to send another test kit for the part that was incorrectly handled. Another extra charge. I complained and they offered me a discount code for a future test. The discount code was for less than discount codes the offer online.
Their response seems to be the customer is always wrong.

I've used Medichecks 4 or 5 times now and I've always been very impressed with their customer service. Today I ordered a test and forgot to enter the promotion code I had for a discount. They let me cancel and rebook even though I don't think they had to.

Excruciatingly slow. Sent my sample off last Tuesday. It’s Monday today, and still no results.

Why would I pay a premium price for slower service than I would get through my GP? My doctor literally would have had the results in 2-3days max.

What a joke.

And don’t even get me started on the process of booking a collection with the Medichecks nurse. No availability for 2 weeks, and then being suggested times which were incompatible with the blood test ordered (needed to be collected in morning)

Medichecks are quite good, if a little slower, with results than in the past. I was disappointed to get a 20% discount code today on a test that appears to have increased in price since last week (by 20%).

Really great service, I had a list of things I wanted checked which was dealt with really quickly. Then I made a mistake ordering which was quickly rectified by the same person I spoke to the day before. Really couldn't have been more helpful!
Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I wanted to change the clinic who had been booked to take a blood sample for a specific test. I was treated promptly and courteously by Joshua.

Great service received my test result within 48hrs very happy with service and would recommend.

Never had any issues with Medichecks. Usually get the Advanced Well Man Blood Test once a year for peace of mind. Results are thorough with a Dr's Overview. I'd say anyone moaning about missing the 120 deadline is being unreasonable, a THIRD OF A YEAR is ample time to return a blood sample. However, I did once miss a deadline due to postage strikes and the sample going bad whilst in post for a week or so. I was issued another test kit at no extra cost AND a further 120 days to return the new test. Very good customer service if you ask me.

I have been using Medichecks for monitoring my health for over 6 years. It is an easy and reliable way to monitor my health as they show comparison of results over the years.
Just recently I ordered a blood test and have not been able to use it. So they kindly cancelled the order, so I can re order in a timescale more suited to me. Top service, highly recommended.

Website does not register payment made. I paid for my test, put details in correctly but page just reloaded after I paid. After a day the funds were sent back into my bank account and customer services were quick to respond. I have seen this issue being mentioned before, maybe they have something wrong with their payment page. I probably won't try to use them again. Shame as they have good prices.

Top quality and fully trustworthy company. Working as a personal trainer and coach I send all my clients to Medichecks to ensure that we can keep on top of any health issues that may arise. Great customer service too.

Medichecks pocketed £230 of my money without doing any tests . They have a 120 day policy that of course is barely visible right at the bottom of the order email. They also never got back to my query form which was sent months ago.

I paid an extra £30 to see a nurse and they even pocketed that. Just to put things in perspective the only cost they had to bare was about £10 for postage and the test tube to hold blood. Claire from medicheck had the audacity to offer me a measly 20% off my next order baring in mind I’ve spent money with them before on another test.

It’s unethical and it’s very matter of fact, you’d expect that there’s some leeway on occasions like this but no they chose to offer a ridiculous seasonal offer and pocket over £200 of my hard earned money as profit …..and this is to an existing customer. It’s a shame because I had a good experience with them before but if this isn’t resolved in a reasonable manner I think I will do my future tests with Thriva

got everyone of my results wrong use nhs if you want your bloods done
had my bloods done with Medichecks said how poorly I was spent over £200 went to nhs very worried got my bloods done from nhs doctor clean bill of health nothing wrong with me!!!!!
I was told someone would contact me from medichecks I’m still waiting for them to contact me over a month ago also the person dealing with my case is the same person who responded to trust pilot it’s a joke there response and the instruction someone would contact me do not use this company!!!!!!

Please be reassured that our tests are performed at fully UKAS-accredited laboratories. There is a variation of testing methods between different companies, each lab will have their own methods and analysers so we cannot make a direct comparison with another company. However, our samples do not require refrigeration and are stable up to 7 days due to the type of vials we use, some of which may contain preservatives.
