"Did the job, but packaging felt a bit cheap"
The kit arrived on time and everything was included, so that was fine. The outer box was a little squashed, though, and the inside packaging felt flimsy. Nothing was actually damaged, but since it’s medical-related, I was expecting it to feel a bit more secure and better protected. It worked for what I needed, but I’m not totally convinced about the overall packaging quality

"Got my results in about a week"
The test kit showed up fast, maybe in a couple of days, and the results came back sooner than I thought. There was a small hiccup with the email taking a bit longer to come through, but overall it was smooth and I’d say the whole process was easy.

"Test was fine, delivery was the issue"
The test itself was really straightforward and the instructions were easy enough to follow. My only problem was with the courier/postage side of things. The kit took longer to arrive than I expected, and when I sent it back the tracking didn’t update for ages, which really made me worry it had gone missing. The results did come through in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the delivery part could definitely be more reliable. I’d maybe use it again, but not if I needed results quickly.

I got my results back in maybe a few days or so, which was decent, but I found them kind of hard to make sense of. A handful of the numbers didn’t have much explanation, so I ended up searching online to figure out what they might mean. For roughly what I paid, I was expecting clearer notes or a bit more guidance.

Booking was easy enough, but i’m annoyed that the nearest clinic was still so far away. I had to rearrange my schedule and plan around it, which feels like something they should’ve sorted out better by offering more local options. The service itself was fine, but the whole setup was way more inconvenient than it needed to be.

Ordering the test was straightforward, and the results came through fine, so no real complaints there. It’s definitely handy, especially if you don’t want to wait around for a GP appointment, but I did feel like the price was a bit high for what you actually get, especially with some of the extras costing more. Overall, it’s convenient, but the value for money is just okay, really. I’d maybe use it again, but probably only if there was a discount.

To their credit, they replied really quickly and got it sorted without making a big fuss. Had my test done and, i made a quick judgment that I’d probably be left to figure the results out myself. But medichecks proved me wrong. Their follow-up support was really helpful, they got back to me quickly, and explained everything in plain English instead of confusing medical jargon. It actually felt like someone cared about what happened next, not just sending over results and disappearing. I’d definitely use them again.

"Test was okay, but the instructions need work"
The test itself was completely fine, but the instructions were more confusing than they should have been. I had to reread a few sections and still wasn’t fully sure about the timing or how to send it back. I figured it out in the end, but it feels like if a company is asking people to do a test properly, the least they can do is make the instructions clear and fair.

I wasn’t paying much attention to all the extra details, I just needed to cancel my test and get the refund sorted. It ended up being really straightforward. Support got back to me quickly, there was no back-and-forth hassle, and the refund was handled sooner than I expected. Fair experience overall

I’ll admit I usually stick with another testing provider because I’ve used them for years, so I wasn’t totally sure about switching. But this site was really easy to get around. I found the test I needed quickly, and booking it was straightforward without having to click through a bunch of extra pages. it made me question why I haven’t tried them sooner

"Useful, but I wish I’d started sooner"
I’ve used medichecks a few times now for repeat tests, and it’s made things a lot easier. I can reorder the same test without much hassle, and the results are simple to compare with my previous ones. It’s taken a lot of the annoyance out of keeping an eye on things. My only regret is that I didn’t start using it sooner.

I ordered the test kit thinking it would arrive in a couple of days, but it ended up taking almost a week. Frustrating timing when you’re waiting to get checks done and just want to get it over with. The test itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the slow delivery really let the whole thing down.
